Quite good for a start! Just a few pointers. Keep in mind that your character doesn't have to be based off of you! She can be anyone.

-Sophomores are called 2nd Years here
-Need a relationship status. Is she single? Does she have a boyfriend? Open relationship?
-Try to expand the appearance a little. Get creative. What does "okay" build mean? Is she muscular or cushiony? What counts as dressy-sporty-casual? Meaning what would her daily attire look like. Does she have any scars or birthmarks?
-Expand her personality. Is she a jokester, a diva, more of an observer? What does she like or hate? Is there a particular kind of person she just can't stand? Again, get creative.
-Being into sports would go under personality, not history. If she's good at them it would go under Strengths. Okay grades would also go under Strengths.
-For her history, try to include things like what her parents are like, what her home life is like, if she has any siblings, how she ended up at Four Oaks Academy, etc. Again, let your creativity reign!
-Don't use "I" in your profile, since on this site we RP in 3rd person past tense only.
-Strengths and Weaknesses are good, but try to add a little?
-I don't know what the second, un-bolded part is, but you don't need it. All of that stuff can be fit into the existing profile form.
-YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST DO AN RP EXAMPLE BEFORE I CAN ACCEPT HER!
