Personality: i am kind of shy, at first but after a while im very outgoing. i am very nice and i tend to find the best in people.
History: My parents are divorced, and my dad has got divorced twice. i havent moved off of one street my entire life. i have traveled to see most of the United States and been in Canada.
Strengths/Talents/Skills:i am very good at riding snowmobiles. i am a good student... i love math and science and hate English. i do however love to read. i am a decent hunter and fisherman.

Okay, a couple of things to modify, then you'll be on your way.

-Add a relationship status
-Seniors are called 4th years, and if you looked at the "Character Bans" post you'll see that 4th years are currently not being accepted because there are too many. However, you can make him a 3rd year and keep him the same age.
-Try to expand his appearance a little. How long is his hair, what shade are his eyes? Does he have any birthmarks or scars? Is he muscular, or not? Get creative.
-Sorry, you have to put something under personality. And it doesn't have to be based off of you. Again, get creative. What is he like? What does he like, or hate? Help me get to know him.
-Same with history, make stuff up. What are his parents like? His home life? Does he have any siblings? How did he end up at Four Oaks Academy?
-Strengths and Weaknesses are good, but maybe add a little? Is he good at school or sports? Both? Neither? What school subjects is he good or bad at? You get the idea.
-YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO HAVE AN RP EXAMPLE BEFORE I CAN ACCEPT HIM.

Otherwise, you've got a good start! I know it looks like a lot, I'm just trying to help you add dimension, make him seem real. You'll get the hang of it.
