Ella was riding her black quarter horse mare named lucy down the trail. Lucy was impatiently flicking her tail eager for some form of speed. Ella laughed and encouraged her on picking up speed until at a full gallop. Ella loved running Lucy she was so smooth and Ella trusted her mare with her life daily. Letting the wind cut through her hair stinging her eyes slightly they had reached the clearing. "Whoa girl" Ella said sitting back on her saddle and releasing her leg pressure. Lucy stopped and hung her head in submission. Patting her horse Ella dismounted and lead Lucy to a grass patch and took off her tack. Soon Lucy was preoccupied with grazing, Ella smiled and took out her journal and began to write.

Vires was in the clearing Running thru his sparring routing, he loved this part of the day as it was one of the only times he could push his body. He dropped low for a second before coming up with a knee to an invisible opponent. He was working through the Mauy Thai part of his routine and was almost done with it. He slid his left foot forward bringing his body behind it moving both of his arms together and letting them come to a sudden stop as they again made contact with an opponent that was never there.
Vires had removed his shirt some time ago and was glad for it as he realized it would be covered with sweat by now. It was a warm day out and he loved every minute of it. He began to move into a flurry of kicks, aimed mainly for the head of his ethereal partner. After a few minutes of this he rest his stance and breathed deeply walking over to his stuff, that was in a neat pile on the ground. He reached down pulling at a towel that was on the ground and using it to dry himself off, after he sprayed himself with a small amount of cologne and walked over to an instrument case.

Ella noticed someone there who she hadn't seen before. Laughing at herself internally she she realized how oblivious she could be sometimes. Ella set her journal down making sure it was shut her Journal hlding her deepest feelings and secrets mostly about her past. Ella knew dwelling on the past wasn't healthy but she couldn't help it. Ella stood up and smiled at Vires making Lucy snap her head up pawing the ground protectivly. "Hello sorry i didn't see you there" she smiled and nodded. Ella went to lucy and patted her neck reassuringly. "Pay no mind to my mare she is very protective" Ella laughed lightly.

Vires turned slightly at the noise, he had not noticed them; he was far too caught up in his section to realize he had company. Vires turned around looking at who had spoke and saw a very pretty girl there, she looked slightly older than him and she had a horse with her. HE looked behind her to see a note book on the floor, ‘wonder what that’s for, was she drawing me?’ He quickly realized he wasn’t wearing his shirt and turned around post haste to retrieve it. He picked up a rather small black shirt that looks almost too small for him to wear; He turned back to her pulling the shirt down over his head but not before showing off his tattoos that he was trying to hide.
After he finally got his shirt on he looked over at her studding her for a moment more before speaking, “oh… it’s no big deal, I was just finishing up here.” He watched as the horse stared him down in a very protective manner, this was rather intriguing to as he had never seen a horse up close as well as known them to be protective animals.

Ella smiled watching his shock of hearing her 'i guess he didn't notice me either' Ella laughed quietly. Ella had a short time to admire his tattoos before he pulled on his shirt looking slightly flustered. "oh ok well very impressive i must say" she crossed her arms and leaned against lucy. "If you don't mind me asking what were you doinjg exactly" Ella was generally interested he seemed to have been enjoying himself. Lucy did not take her attention away from him the only guy Lucy ever let talk to Ella was her brother. "Well im Ella by the way" she stood up straight and flicked her hair back. Ella loved her hair though she was sure it didn't look as smooth as before after the run.

“Oh that… well that was a practice round for my martial arts, just something I do to calm myself.” Vires look away trying to find the right words to explain what he was doing, but with no such luck; then he heard her name, ‘wow that is a really pretty name, Ella, well I will have to remember that.’ He looked back at her before speaking, “My name is Vires, Vires Monstrum and it is a pleasure,” Vires bowed slightly. He was not sure why he did this part of him thought it was funny and the rest believed it was appropriate.
“Well it rather hard to explain what I’m doing, it would be far more effective to just show you… if you would let me?” he was a little nervous he had never showed his Martial arts to a girl before,’ what if she thinks it’s weird,’ he had many thoughts run through his head, but he simple shook them away.

Ella smiled obviously intrigued she had never met someone who did martial arts before. "It is lovely to meet you Vires" she nodded her head slightly in greeting smiling when she met his face again. Ella got flashbacks from her childhood when her family lived together happily. Ellas blue eyes lit up when he mentioned showing her "I would love that" she went back to lean against Lucy who nuzzled her hair. Ella loved when she did that it reminded her of a parents pat on the head something she missed dearly. Ella saw her Journal and quickly tucked in her saddle pack the went back to leaning on her mare. "Ok ready when you are" she smiled and tilted her head slightly.

“O…ok, here we go,” Vires was nervous to all hell and it only made it worse as she was a very pretty girl. Vires rest his stance bringing his fist up to his face and bouncing just slightly. His movements were precise and quick, he executed each step and kick perfectly almost rhythmically. He flowed from a simple snap kick into a left cross effortlessly, ending with an elbow shot straight outward. He stood up straitening his back and breathing out, “you get it sort of?” He turned back to her stabilizing his breath, “would like to learn some?” he said almost eager to teach he.

Ella watched wide eyed and impressed he was so quick and graceful. "Wow that was amazing" she walked over to him slowly recieving protests from Lucy behind her. Ella stopped a couple of feet away suddenly losing her breath when he asked to show her. "Me do that? I doubt i can" she bit her lip and looked at his body compared to hers. She was so delicate and small true she was surprisngly strong for her small build but she doubted she could manage such difficult motions. Suddenly Ella had a thought "ok fine i will let you show me if you will take a ride with me after" she smirked and Lucy hoped on her back legs alittle.

Vires thought for a moment,’ I have never been riding what if I look stupid, well it should be fine.’ “Ok then you got a deal,” he said with a rather smug smile on his face he extended his hand for her to take it. Vires was unsure if that was the right thing to do, ‘what if it was intruding,’ he thought to himself, but quickly shook the idea from his head. He looked into her eyes getting slightly lost in them waiting for her to take his hand.

Ella smiled and nodded she couldn't wait to take him riding he would love it and she sure liked his company. Ella sighed she was nervous and a little shy out of no where. Ella took his hand and smiled "ok but pleasedon't break me" she pretended to be scared. Ella felt excited this was something new to her and she loved new experiences. Taking a deep breath she looked into his eyes "ok but remember I will get my revenge when we go riding" she laughed lightly.

Vires smiled as she took his hand it felt warm against his skin and he pulled her slightly toward her, “I will be gentle,” he said softly. “Ok I will remember,” he said smiling once more. As she came close to him he began to instruct her, “Ok now your left foot goes here,” he said placing his hand softly on her leg and gentle pushing it to where it needed to be, “And you hands go here,” he said as he moved her hands up to guard her face. “So what I am going to teach you is a simple three hit combination, with this you could know out someone with ease. You don’t need a lot of muscle for this to work either. Ok so, first you are going to punch with you left hand, like this,” he took a position behind her and placed his hand on hers to show her how to do it. “This is called a straight,” he said as moved her through it. “Next comes the kick,” he said slightly hesitant.
Vires knew he was going to have to touch her leg for her to understand how and where to strike. He reached down slowly, gentle placing his hand on her left thing.

Ella tried to keep her breathing steady as he was touching her. They were so close now she didn't expect it to be so intimate. Ella followed his instructions carefully trying not to smile. Ella simply nodded when it was time for the kick. Ella barely reacted when he touched her thigh her body relaxed she flowed with hium easily. Ella followed his motion and smiled "wow that wasn't too hard" she took in a deep breath. Ella had never had someone teach her something like this before she found it exciting and alot of fun.

“You’re doing great just the final move,” he said as he guided he leg back down to the ground as he did he took her hand. “Ok this part flows together perfectly, as your leg goes back bring your right hand around like this,” he said as he slid his hand softly across her arm guiding it. He didn’t realize it was so soft till he let his fingers slide across her skin. “A…and there you go,” he said, “this hand will connect with the temple and down the dude goes rocked or out cold.” He was happy at how fluidly she learned it; it reminded him of when he learned how to do that combo. “That is called the Direct Forte Direct,” he said, “Use that the next time someone messes with you… or you could just call me,” he said the last part under his breath. “Ok I believe it is your turn to teach me something?”

Ella felt the tingles from his gentle touch trying to act calm. Ella was surprised in herself she didn't know her body could move so gracefully well she was being guided ofcourse but she was still im pressed. Ella turned to face him a little surprised onb how close they were "uh yea you're right come one" she took his hand and led him to Lucy who was standing ready. Ella quickly put her tack on then in one swift movement mounted the horse. "ok first you will ride double with me first put your right foot in the metal stirrub hanging there then hop to get some hieghth and when you are ready swing your left leg up and over and sit behind me" she smiled and reached her hand down "you can hold onto me for support if you want." Soon he was up and behind her "ok great now make sure you don't kick her in the flanks those are where she dips in a liuttle between her stomach and back legs if you do well just trust me on that one" she smirked. Ella took up the reins "now just hold onto me" she gave a squeezer and Lucy was walking slowly and smoothly.
