Filled the locker with something nasty, pulled out a blow torch and melted the metal door shut?

if Jenna is the lead, both Alice and Nat could be backups. I guess Alice will be on keyboard duty.
for the prank, filled the looker with stinky cheese than put superglue on the handle so the bully (hence forth know as) Tina got her had stuck when she tried to open it.

Hmm, both good ideas. My idea was that she programmed Tina's car stereo to play nothing but "Hey guys, I cheated on my boyfriend with the girl who sits behind me!" in Tina's voice over and over loudly, and if she tries to turn it off the windows roll down so everyone can hear it. Once the windows are down, the car will turn up the volume every time she tries to turn it off. (Oh, and Tina has an expensive car! xDD)

Right, I think we have all we need.
- The triplet's mother (whose name is now...oh...Sue. Sue Parker.) was knocked up by the triplet's father (name and identity unknown).
- Sue wasn't expecting triplets, but decided to keep her kids.
- Sue liked to laugh, wrote material for other comedians before becoming a comedian herself.
- This encouraged Nat, Jenna and Alice to take to the stage, only in a different form.
- They formed BAT (Bad-Ass Triplets)
- Went to a public highschool, became class clowns with a reputation for mischief.
- Alice started to get bullied by Tina, a more wealthier, snobby person
- Jenna and Nat found out
- Jenna messed with Tina's car (She's your character River, so I guess it's your idea?)
- Tina went to Nat as the "Ringleader"
- Fight broke out, Nat threw a pretty hard punch and...Tina's nose has never been the same.
- Sue decided she'd send her girls to a new school, and hopefully they'd learn from their mistakes, etc.
- Sue's currently on tour in...uh...Australia.
