Chloe normally wears a Blouse and long skirt or a dress. They are usually dark shades of blue, green, or black. She wears frameless glasses with small rectangle lens.
Personality:Chloe carries herself upright and proud with a faint air of superiority. She is cold calculative and not above using people. While she is normal claim she has been known to throw. Childish tantrums when she does not get what she wants. Chloe wants to believe that she is better than most people but knows that it is not true so she isolates herself to protect her self image.
History:Chloe is the only child of a will to do couple who tried to buy her love as she grow up. She grow up in New York City, New York. Apart from being spoiled her parents always told her what she wanted. at the age of 12 or so she started to realize that her parents where lying just to make her happy. This has fed a deep distrust in her.
Strengths/Talents/Skills:She does very well in all her classes and is good at getting what she wants.
