Ella had woken up refreshed, her leg was feeling much better and after taking a long hot shower her muscles felt nice and relaxed. After drying and straightening her hair she put on a black skirt and white blouse and put on a bit of make up. Ella was satisfied with her appearance and ran down to get breakfast. Ella had a glass of orange juice and a bagel then decided to go outside. Ella sat in the shade and opened her journal and reread her last entrys.

Vires walked out into the quad the sun was shining in his eye so he moved his hand in front of his eye so he could attempted to see, he still had a piece of toast from his breakfast and was content to finish it somewhere calm. He stumbled through the brightly lit quad until his eye adjusted to the light and he could see once again. He walked over to a tree and sat down under it. He was wearing his black jacket and a white shirt underneath. He wore nothing more that basic black jeans to day as he had no intention of running. He had a bennie on his head which he pulled over his eyes as he sat underneath a tree and finished his toast.

Ella sighed and looked around seeing thaty she was no longer alone. Ella frowned to see if she recognized the person. Ella suddenly realized it was Vires she smiled and snuck up to him. Grabbing a piece of grass she tickled his neck with the single blade and smiled. "Hey you isn't it a little early to resting already" Ella smirked and sat there waiting for him to respond.

Vires shifted a little as he laid there propped up against the tree. He felt the grass on his neck and decided it best to ignore it, until a voice came ringing through his ears, he knew that voice and I the past day he had grown to love its sound. “Well it would be for you sleepy head,” Vires said back with a smile on his face. “Plus, I didn’t really get any sleep last night,” he still had the same warm smile on his face as before. Vires didn’t remove the bennie from in front of his eyes it was still very bright out and his eyes had not fully adjusted.

Ella moved so she was laying on her stomach next to Vires. "Awe why couldn't you sleep oh wait i know you were just so excited to see me" she laughed. "Well i slept safe and sound thanks to my wondeful escort last night" she smiled and nudged him alittle. Ella sighed she was enjoying the warm tingle of the sun that tanned her arms. "But seriously why couldn't you sleep?" Ella tilted her head looking at him smiling at his beenie.

Vires thought back on the night before and pondered if he should tell her the truth. Vires thought for a little before answering, “well you could say that, I couldn’t sleep because I was up all night think about…,” Vires paused, Hesitating before his answer, “You.” His voice was low when he spoke still nervous of her reaction, he could see her out from under his beinne. He watched for her reaction, hoping she wouldn’t be offended by his comment.

Ella looked at him suddenly "thinking about me?" Ella sat up and looked at him "why me?" She hadn't had someone tell her they had been thinking of her at night. Well he had been honest and straight with her it was only right that she told him the truth. "Well im glad because i was thinking about you too lastnight too" she bit her lip and was playing with the blade of grass she used to tickle Vires with.

Vires felt his face getting slightly hot, but as before he suppressed the blush from showing. ‘So she was thinking of me too,’ the simple idea of her thinking of him made his ecstatic. “Y… yeah,” he spoke softly, “I really couldn’t get her out of my mind.’ He smiled at her statement, “So you were thinking of me too, isn’t that a bad thing, we haven’t even gone on our first date yet,” he smirked at his comment hand turned his head to her removing the hat from his head, his hair was in good condition despite the hat.

Ella laughed a little "well i guess we are a little backwards thats all and date since when was a date involved huh" she raised her eyebrows at him. Ella was happy that he thought about her too she didn't know what it was about him but he made her feel happy. Ella found it easy to be herself around him and laugh and joke. "So tell me more about this whole dating thing" she smirked at him. Ella was feeling brave so she reached out and took his hand in hers alittle nervous about his reaction.

“Well you know… a date with like a dinner and a movie and a stroll,” Vires was still smiling at her as he spoke, he found it easy to speak with her and that attracted him to her. As she grabbed his hand he felt his whole body stop, almost as if he had stopped time for a moment to catch his breath. He smiled at her and squeezed her hand softly. Her skin was warm to the touch and Vires rather enjoyed that, ‘Her hands are so soft, nothing like mine.’ Vires was sadden by the realization that his hands where scared and cut.

Ella smiled "ok well we could try that maybe soon" she looked at him and bit her lip softly. Ella wondered what it would be like to have an actual formal date with Vires they did so well just bumping into eachother. Ella was happy when he held her hand she could feel his strength but then noticed the cuts and scared. "Vires what happened to your hands?" She lifted her hand and looked at his stroking it softly with her figertips.

“I would like that,” he said speaking with a large smile on his face. Vires was a little taken back by her question. “Well some of them have stories behind them, but the majority come from razor wire or sharp objects or gravel or glass, metal, barbwire, things like that.” He looked down at his hand and examined it, starching it open and then closing it again. He had never really looked at all the scars on his hands and in some ways found it amusing to not know something about his body.

Ella smiled at him "well then great we will go on an official date" she smirked. Ella held his hand and brought it up to her lips and kissed it softly the took the other hand and did the same. "Well there does that help a little" she smiled looking into his eyes. She was getting lost in his eyes and had an urge to kiss him. Ella shook her head and looked down trying to fight the attraction she had for Vires 'get a grip i barely know him' Ella thought.

Vires smiled at her comment, “I would like that a lot, so what do you think Friday at 7, or is that to cliché?” he smirked at her, though he was completely serious he couldn’t help but make a joke, this was going to be the first real date he had ever been on and it was with a girl he had only meet not but a day ago. Even still Vires found a strange attraction to her that he couldn’t shake, like a spell that held him in place. He Smiled as she kissed his hands, “thank you, I wish you could have been there to kiss them better all the time,” Vires said still lost in her eyes. HE knew that a simple kiss wouldn’t have sufficed for most of these wounds, but the thought of having her there to tend his wounds still mead him all that much happier. Vires stared into her eye having the strange feeling her should lean in to a kiss, but fought it off deeming it to intrusive.

Ella smiled and giggled alittle "no i think Friday at seven is perfect it's a date" she smirked at him. Ella felt so excited and for some reason alittle nervous this was her first real date and she really liked Vires he made her feel good about herself. Ella looked at his hands then back into his eyes leaning a little closer "me too like when you took care of me i can't thank you enough I think you are the first guy that Lucy actually likes" she smiled and looked down biting her lip forr a little while. "Vires you know i haven't really done the whole date thing or you know" she looked up at him her eyes full of innocense. Ella hadn't noticed how close they were until she looked up at him.
