Briar's eyes narrowed mischieviously. "Watch me." she laughed and sipped the punch. "It does seem like a pretty good one though. Some of these things turn out to be aweful. This one seems okay though."

"And so I shall," he said with a grin, "it would be rude of me if my eyes did not watch such a beauty throughout this night," he said, his eyes laughing, "as lovely as it it is, such is expected from a school such as this," he continued as he looked around, still trying to take it all in. "And yet there's more to come, I bet the sky is clear, tonight, as well. It'd be a shame otherwise."

Scarlet walked inside the Hevily packed room. She was still very skinny and pale. She still looked how she felt. Awful. She was wearing a vintige black and white dress that was white on her chest then flowed into a puffy dark black bottom. She wore a knited rose in her hair and walked in timidley. She wasn't sure it was such a good idea for her to be here. She wore long gloves over each arm so no one could see her ghastly cuts. You see, when She cut, she didn't just make lines, she carved things, words. For example, she carved "Ugly" on her hip. On her arm, she carved. "I love Briar." And on her chest, she carved. "I hate Scarlet" She felt uncofertble as she passed by certin people, they stopped dancing and wispered. The words she heard where. "Suicide....Failure.....Emo......Lesbo" She jeard much more.... But it was quite zulger. She looked around for anyone she knew, perferbely Zack, he now was like a big brother.. who she used to have a crush on. She serched for him but instede, found Briar with her brother, Tai. Her heart raised, she felt an intence pain in her heart. She didn't know what to do. She just stared, like a deer in the headlights.

Taihphel looked up from his conversation with his sister. Noting the frail presence that had just entered, as he had noticed a slight change in atmosphere. He closed his eyes, his mental being tired, the two had so far to go, he knew. As he opened his dark eyes he tilted his head, the oddly colored strands brushed by his eyes, and he gave an encouraging and likewise kind smile, gesturing to Scarlet with a hand that it was alright for her to approach. With his other hand he carefully poured another cup of punch.

Scarlet saw him and begain to walk up to him. Her heart was beating. She walked up to him. "uh. Hey." She said. Her voice was quiet and meek. She seemed like a mouse and she looked around nervously.

Too awkward, Taihphel thought to himself immediately. Still he smiled the gentle smile that was his, his dark eyes reflected it as genuine, as his soft gaze remained unchanged, "I'm glad to see you're getting well," he spoked, his tone still resembling that of an oceanic breeze. Calm and soothing, cool and delicate. It came, it hung, it faded. He offered the freshly filled cup of punch to Scarlet all the while slowly nudging his sister forward.

Hearing Tai's words, Briar spun around and saw Scarlet. In one stride she was beside her, her arms encircling Scarlet's thin form. "I'm sorry...I'm so sorry..." she murmured into Scarlet's hair.
Zack sauntered into the Dining Hall, looking stunning in a sharp, custom-made black suit and tie. Not one of his golden hairs was out of place, and his hazel eyes glowed. He smiled at all the girls, and most of them either stared at him or smiled shyly back. He caught site of Scarlet, then saw she was walking over to Briar.

((At this point in time I'm going to assume Scarlet and Briar are going to run off, at which point in time I'd also like to drag Zach into another thread if I may, or at least until he has something else to do or the two threads merge.))
Taihphel watched his sister embrace her love. His spirit felt his smile and it grew softer yet, though only for a moment. For once again something else caught his attention, this time a well dressed male with a familiar face. He approached and gave a slow wave in hello. His eyes spoke a silent greeting in place of his voice as he made his way toward the handsome male.

Scarlet felt tears start to weel up in her eyes. She didn't know what to say. She hudged back. She pulled away for a minute, exposing her frial, new self and timidly kissed briar. It had not the passion it used to, but scarlet tried her hardest. She pulled away from the kissing and said to Briar. "I'm sorry." whilse she said that, tears were falling down her pale frekley face

Briar kissed her back. "Are you okay? Please tell me you're okay. I was so worried..." She gazed at Scarlet, taking in her pale, worn out appearance.
Zack nodded to Tai, wondering what he wanted.

"I'm better, that took good care of me I guess.... I just don't remeber what happend when I passed out. Zack said you came... He found me. He was the only who vistied me while I was at the hospital" Scarlet said quietly "Did you know?" She asked

She stared at briar. She didn't know if she could make that promise. She just stared at her and kissed her. A slow song stared playing, Scarlet tried to smile but she had not yet learned to smile again yet. "Want to dance/" She said nervously

Briar gave her a shrewd glance, noticing her silence. She decided to ignore it for the timebeing, there was nothing she could do right this instant anyway. "I don't dance until I'm thoroughly drunk, sorry. Later? At the beach party?" she offered with a chuckle.

She laughed a dry laugh. "Okay." She replied. She lead Briar to the little outside area where you could eat outside. It was filled with making out people. As soon as they saw Briar and Scarlet they walked away luaghing at scarlet. She sat down "Theres somthing I need to show you." Scarlet said.
